Choose a helmet you like wearing

Start with the fit, then consider the features you need for your daily rides.

  • Weight and fit: the helmet should sit securely without uncomfortable pressure points.
  • Visor: if you wear glasses, check the space with your own frames.
  • Lights: integrated LEDs support your visibility. Check your bicycle lights and reflectors too.
  • Ear warmers: useful on cold mornings, but not included with every model.

A helmet cannot prevent an accident or rule out injury. Choose the correct size, fasten and adjust the chin strap, and use an undamaged helmet. Read why wearing a helmet matters and how to use it.
