The ear warmers also form the inner padding. Remove them for washing and reattach them with the hook-and-loop fastenings.

Which size fits you?
Measure your head circumference just above your eyebrows and ears. Keep the tape measure horizontal around the widest part of your head.

The helmet lights provide additional visibility. They do not replace the required lights on your bicycle. Check that the lights work before each ride.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy the ear warmers separately?
No. ICE includes removable ear warmers that also serve as inner padding. After washing, reattach them with the hook-and-loop fastenings. Check that the padding is secure and the helmet fits correctly.
Which visor should I use?
Use the clear visor in low light and the dark sun visor in sunny conditions. Both are included. Choose according to the available light and follow the manual. Do not use the dark visor in darkness.
How do I change the ICE visor?
Use the included tool and follow the ICE visor video guide. Do not force the visor or fittings. If a part is stuck, contact us for help.
Can I wear my glasses under the visor?
Try the helmet with your own glasses and lower the visor. The frame needs enough clearance and the temples must not be pinched. Compatibility depends on your frames and the helmet fit; not every pair of glasses will fit.
Are the visors universal?
No. Choose a visor for your exact ICE model. Other models, including ClearView, use a different attachment and their visors are not interchangeable.
How long do the lights last?
Up to 10 hours, depending on the light mode. USB-C charging takes approximately 3 hours. Check the lights before setting off.
