Which size should I choose?

Determine whether you need a Medium or Large with these steps:

Step 2: Place the tape measure approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows.

Step 3: Measure the circumference of your forehead.

Step 4: Check the measurements against the sizes of the helmet you are considering.
