Bike helmets with lights: what do our product videos show?
PublishedBy Diego Clarysse
This is an earlier news item. Offers, availability and event dates may have changed.
Our product videos give you an impression of the appearance and features of a bike helmet with lights. Use them alongside the current product page, where you will find sizes, included accessories and specifications for the model you want to order. An older video may show an earlier version.
What can you assess in a helmet video?
Look at the position of the lights, the helmet shape and the location of any visor. A video helps you view the product, but does not replace a fit check. Measure your head circumference and compare it with the size chart for your chosen model. The same size name can have different measurements in two helmets.
ICE: product footage and changing the visor
The ICE bike helmet has integrated lights, two visors and removable ear warmers. Watch the product video for an impression of this model:
Want to change an ICE visor? Use the included tool and see the ICE visor guide. Do not force a stuck mount. Contact us if you are unsure.
ClearView: follow the instructions for your model
The ClearView bike helmet has a different mounting system from ICE. Do not use the ICE video as fitting instructions for ClearView. Follow the ClearView instructions, do not overtighten the mounting knobs and do not pull on the visor. ClearView visors and ICE visors are not interchangeable.
Do helmet lights replace your bike lights?
Treat helmet lights as an addition to your visibility and also use suitable lights on your bike. A video shows where the lights are, but does not establish light output or battery life. Check the current specifications for the relevant model for those details.
