Questions before you order

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your head circumference with a tape measure and compare it with the chart for your chosen model. If two sizes could fit, the actual fit is what matters. The helmet should fit snugly without pinching. Do not rely only on the size of your previous helmet.

What should I check if I wear glasses?

Try the helmet with your own glasses and lower the visor. Check that the frame has enough clearance and the temples are not pinched. Space depends on your frames and the helmet fit; compatibility with every pair of glasses is not guaranteed.

Which visor should I use?

ICE and ClearView include a clear and a dark visor. Choose the clear visor in low light; the dark visor is intended for sunny conditions. When buying an extra visor, select one for your helmet model.

Are ICE and ClearView visors interchangeable?

No. ICE and ClearView have different visor attachments. Choose a spare visor for your exact helmet model. ClearView uses tool-free side knobs; follow the ICE instructions and included tool for ICE.

Are the helmets a replacement for bicycle lights?

The helmet lights provide additional visibility. Use the lights required on your bicycle and follow the traffic rules for your vehicle and country.

How do Signal’s indicators work?

Use L or R on the handlebar remote. The selected indicator switches off automatically after 10 seconds. Check the product page for pairing instructions.
