What makes a visor practical for glasses wearers?
You keep your everyday glasses on while the visor sits in front. You do not need another pair of prescription glasses to use a visor. The clear visor is a practical choice in low light. In bright daylight you can choose the dark sun visor, provided you can still see clearly.
A visor makes checking the fit more important. The helmet needs to fit, and there must also be enough room between your glasses and the visor. Wide frames, tall lenses or thick temples may fit differently from narrow frames.
Which bike helmet with a visor: ClearView or ICE?
ClearView is the lighter option at approximately 260 grams. ICE weighs 375 grams and comes with removable ear warmers as standard. Both models have integrated front and rear LED lights and come with two visors.

How to try the helmet with your own glasses
- Place the helmet straight on your head and adjust it properly. It should sit securely without pinching.
- Put on your own glasses. Check that the temples sit freely and are not under pressure anywhere.
- Lower the visor gently. Check the space around the top edge of your frames, the lenses and the bridge.
- Open and close the visor. Your glasses should stay in place, and the visor must not push your frames out of position.
- Look sideways and downwards. Check that you can see clearly with this combination.
Do not choose a larger helmet just to make room for your glasses. The helmet must fit your head first. A larger size does not automatically solve an unsuitable combination of frames and visor.

Does every frame fit under a ClearView or ICE visor?
No, we cannot guarantee this. Even two pairs of glasses that look about the same size can sit differently. Try your own frames and check that the visor can move freely.
Do I need to buy an extra visor with my new helmet?
ICE and ClearView already include a clear visor and a dark sun visor. An extra colour or replacement is optional. Always choose a visor for the correct helmet model.
Can my glasses or the visor fog up?
Condensation can occur due to moisture and temperature changes. A visor does not guarantee fog-free vision. Check your visibility before setting off and follow the product cleaning instructions.
What changes with ear warmers or winter lining?
ICE comes with ear warmers as standard. For ClearView, the Winter Kit is optional. Extra lining takes up space, so check the fit again with your glasses.
